Refunds are applicable only to bookings made directly with GJC HOLIDAYS or through our authorized agents.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original method of payment within 14–21 business days after approval.
If you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges apply unless otherwise stated in your itinerary:

Processing Fees: A minimum administrative fee of ?500 (or equivalent in foreign currency) may be deducted from all refunds.
Some components such as flights, visa fees, and non-refundable hotel bookings may not be eligible for any refund.
If GJC HOLIDAYS cancels a trip due to operational issues, natural calamities, government restrictions, or insufficient bookings, customers will be offered:
A full refund, or
The option to reschedule or transfer the booking to a future date at no extra charge.
No refunds will be given if the traveler fails to show up on the departure day or misses flights or transport due to personal delays.
No refund is applicable for partially used services or if the traveler chooses to discontinue the trip after it has started.
Some promotional or discounted packages may be marked as "Non-Refundable". These bookings are non-changeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable once confirmed.
In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.), refunds will be assessed based on the situation and supplier policies. GJC HOLIDAYS will make all reasonable efforts to recover funds on your behalf but cannot guarantee full refunds.
